We reject armchair design when it comes to drawing plans, and we use comprehensive soil testing and data from our exclusive database of over 20,000 site samples to create a design that best suits the site conditions. To ensure continuity, our engineers always draw whatever they design; this task will never be outsourced to other departments.

Build inspections to ensure timely delivery of your project

During construction we are on standby to inspect construction. This allows your project to maintain its progress during construction, and not be delayed. We are able to do the mandatory inspections associated with a building permit; currently we inspect about half of our work on behalf of the registered building surveyors overseeing the building permit.

By doing this we optimise the clarity of the information, ensuring that LIS is constantly evolving and remaining relevant to current areas of development; as new data is included some of the old data is retired to alternative data sets.
