In 2019, we provided soil testing, footing design and structural engineering services to a Shape Homes townhouse development in Pascoe Vale.
In 2013, we worked with ABN Group to provide soil testing, footing design and structural engineering to a luxury townhouse development in Kew, Victoria.
VHC Engineers has been working on a range of current modern homes, offering soil testing, footing design and structural engineering services.
In 2019, VHC Engineers did site inspections for a location in country Gippsland, for a client project that involved a timber floor structure.
In 2013, we worked with ABN Group to provide soil testing, footing design and structural engineering to a large townhouse development in Bundoora.
In 2018, VHC acquired a distressed property in order to form a research partnership with Swinburne University of Technology. The research will also be supported by several Industry partners in the near future.
In 2018 VHC Engineers worked with ID_LAND to do soil testing and existing footing exposures on a heritage site in Yarraville, in order to conserve a original building shell within the proposed development.
